Yep…you read the title correct. And your right this was a little scary for me and Tiger. I didn’t know what we were getting into here. (We are in Oregon, not San Francisco). I looked up everything I could online and everything was from 2009 and not up to date. I couldn’t find out what the Gay 90’s were all about. However they did have it advertised all over town for this weekend. June 5 and 6-2010. Even the people I spoke to didn’t know. (must have been tourist).

Since Tiger and I are staying at a really nice RV park (Rivers Edge). It is within walking distance to down town (across the street) we didn’t have to worry about parking. The population of Coquille is 4200. Every one was there for the parade. In fact half would be in the parade and the other half was the crowd. At half time they switched places. ( I love small towns).

This is a mural painted on the side of a building right down town. And across the street is the Library and Post Office.
As you can see this vendor believes in smokers…(He’s a local and part of the crowd). Now this little parade has alot of bikers, car buff’s and tractors show up just for this event.

These bikes will be in the parade. (who would’ve figured). This car is a rare one that I really liked and I took a lot of picture’s of the cars. But you don’t see to many 55 Buicks in this condition.

Or a 1950 Oldsmobile. Really nice.

Or how about the population of Coquille.

(Remember the rest of them are in the parade). They give out prizes for the best dressed from the period, as well as for the car show and the bike show. I would choose this one for the bikes.
This is an early Harley (No sign or date for this bike but it has to be early 1900’s).
And the car of my choice would be this 1965 T-Bird convertible. One of Fords great designs.

Nice clean lines.

Or maybe my very first car a 1947 Mercury coupe, Midnight Blue and was named ( Kenny’s Kan). No such luck, but they did have a 1947 Ford Coupe.

(no name)

These three pictures are of the same car. Just shadows changed the color somewhat.
So Happy (125th) Birthday Coquille.
Till later Stu and Tiger.
